'The Learning Movement' is a project operated by GOPTA Success Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. The Company exclusively uses the website www.thelearningmovement.com (“Platform”) to display the details of the workshops/ programs, courses, skills, books and the products etc. with an intent to spread the awareness about becoming a lifelong learner so that the participants can grow at a faster pace in their personal & professional lives.

Before submitting the application form, you, the Learner are advised to go through the detailed terms and conditions mentioned hereinafter thoroughly in token of their acceptance with all the terms and conditions mentioned therein.

GENERAL TERMS

• Joining 'The Learning Movement' is completely FREE and the Company does not collect any membership charges or Registration Fees.
• Purchasing any paid/ premium learning content is not compulsory. Any person who does not wish to participate in Company's 'Refer & Earn' program and earn precious 'Learning Coins' to further purchase the premium learning can choose to stay lifelong learner and continue to enjoy the FREE learning delivered through the Platform.
• The Company under no circumstances will accept payment in cash for buying any learning material or any other product being promoted or sold through the Platform;
• The Learner will get a unique Learner ID after registration is complete which has to be quoted by the learner in all his transactions and correspondence with the company.

DECLARATION/ AFFIRMATION

I do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

• I have read and understood the terms and conditions for joining as a 'learner' in 'The Learning Movement'.
• I have also gone through the company's official website, namely, www.thelearningmovment.com, printed materials, brochures & other available documents and I have applied for registering me as a 'Learner' on my own volition.
• I have understood that I can earn & utilise the 'learning coins' as per the 'Learing Coins Policy'. I also understand and agree that the Company reserves the unconditional right to change the 'Learning Coins Policy' at any point of time at its sole discretion and I will have no right to challenge that change, whether beneficial for me or not.
